Here's another Vase. I don't need to repeat how much I love these Brisbane-made vintage amps, both sonically and for their build quality. This Bassman 80 dates from 1969, and has two KT88s in the output, giving a lovely, lustful, toneful 80 watts. Impedance is not stated on this amp, but is probably 15 ohms (16 ohms). These amps are extremely versatile, being great for bass as well as guitar, and the tone controls (bass and treble) each pull out to effectively double the range of bass or treble enhancement when required.
