| What a lovely thing. Dead original, this vintage Maton Mastersound Hi-Mark Series 10 valve (or tube) guitar amplifier puts out about 15 toneful watts through its two original 8inch speakers. Totally original. The best information (as always!) that I can find on this amp is on Roly Roper's authoritative website - click here to view. This amp runs 2 x 12AX7s in the preamp and splitter, a 5Y3GT rectifier, and a single EL-34 in the single-ended pure Class A output. Tonewise (heaven!) this amp is incredibly similar to its half-powered brother we have in stock (click here). Grouse sound, grouse looks, grouse originality all add up to a grouse buy. Scratchy volume pot, but hey, that's all part of the vintage thing! Sold to James
