Back in February 1966, this beautiful blackface Fender Bassman amplifier was made. Fast forward to 40 years later, and this baby is still in pristine condition. It's hard enough to find Bassmans that haven't been modified and molested over the years, let alone to find one that's virtually never been used! Careful inspection shows that one or two of the screws may have been replaced at some stage, but otherwise totally complete and original, and in mint condition. One of the old Sylvania 6L6 output tubes has called it a day, so this amp will come with a fresh set of quality output tubes and a bias job. I can assure you, you will not find better! This vintage Fender amp is in USA home market spec, so still runs on its original 110 / 117 volts. For use in Australia, the use of a step-down transformer will be necessary (we can supply one for $100). Dimensions are 56cm (width) x 24cm (depth) x 20cm (height). Weight is 14 kilos. Don't miss out! Chances like this come by very, very rarely. Sold to Luke
